Travel With A Paddle Ltd. - Booking Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Travel With A Paddle Ltd. Please read these Booking Terms and Conditions carefully before booking your trip. By booking a trip with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. General Information

  • Company Name: Travel With A Paddle Ltd.
  • Base of Operations: United Kingdom
  • Age Restrictions: There are no age restrictions for our trips.

2. Agency

Travel With A Paddle acts as an agent only for various trips. We sell various travel-related products and issue confirmations, tickets, and documents on behalf of numerous transport, accommodation, and other service providers, such as boat charter operators. Travel With A Paddle’s obligation is to make travel bookings on your behalf. Travel With A Paddle engages in contracts with the suppliers and has no responsibility for these services nor do we make or give any warranty or representation regarding the supplier’s standards. However, the suppliers we work with have passed rigorous tests to become our partners and we have personally used their services. Travel With A Paddle is not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by these suppliers. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by these service providers. Your legal recourse is against the specific provider or supplier and not Travel With A Paddle. If, for any reason, any travel service provider you have chosen is unable to provide the services for which you have contracted, your remedy lies against the provider and not with Travel With A Paddle.
