- Scheduled Surf Coaching Trips: Our signature trips open to solo travelers, couples, and small groups.
- Private Trips: Tailored trips for you and your crew, with or without coaching.
Marine Experiences with Clare
- Unique marine discovery trips led by our expert guide Clare.
Custom-Made Travel
- Tailored travel itineraries to suit your specific needs and preferences.
3. Booking Process
- Complete the contact form on the trip page or contact page, or reach out via WhatsApp or email.
- We will discuss the details with you to ensure the trip suits your needs.
- An invoice will be sent to secure your space.
- We accept bank transfers in multiple currencies (USD, AUD, GBP, EUR) and payments by credit cards.
- A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking.
- Full payment is due 60 days prior to the beginning of the trip.
- Payment plans are available upon discussion.
4. Agency
Travel With A Paddle acts solely as an agent, selling various travel-related products and issuing confirmations, tickets, and documents on behalf of numerous service providers. We are not responsible for the services provided by these suppliers and do not make any warranties or representations regarding their standards. Your legal recourse is against the specific provider or supplier, not Travel With A Paddle.
5. Payments
- Payments can be made via Direct Deposit or credit/debit card.
- We accept payments in USD, AUD, GBP, and EUR.
- Payment currency will be set according to the supplier’s needs.
6. Travel Insurance
All clients must take out comprehensive travel insurance before submitting their final payment, including coverage for COVID-19 related travel disruptions.
7. Force Majeure
Travel With A Paddle cannot accept liability or pay compensation for unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, such as war, natural disasters, pandemics, and other significant events. These events are considered ‘Force Majeure’.
8. Cancellations
- Deposits are non-refundable at the time of booking.
- Cancellations outside 60 days of the trip will incur a charge of the deposit amount.
- Cancellations within 60 days of the trip will be charged at 100% of the total cost.
- No refunds or reimbursements for early departures, no-shows, or early check-outs.
- No compensation for cancellations due to inclement weather or ‘Force Majeure’.
9. General Information
Special Requests
We strive to meet all special requests, but acceptance is at the discretion of the supplier.
Taxes
Mandatory taxes related to your travel arrangements will be advised. Departure taxes must be paid locally.
Renovations
We will notify you of any renovations at your booked accommodations, but we cannot guarantee knowledge of all such activities.
Additional Charges
Any charges incurred during your travel arrangements are your responsibility.
Travel Time
Travel to remote destinations may require significant time. We are not responsible for travel duration.
Health and Safety
Ensure you have necessary medication, vaccines, and first aid for remote locations. Surfing and paddling are strenuous and can be dangerous.
10. Passports, Visas, and Health
All clients are responsible for their own passports, visas, and health precautions before traveling. Ensure your passport has more than 6 months validity.
11. Unscheduled Extensions
Travel With A Paddle is not responsible for expenses related to unscheduled extensions caused by weather, strikes, or ‘Force Majeure’.
12. Booking on Behalf of Others
If booking on behalf of someone else, you warrant that you have their consent and that they accept these terms.
13. Liability
Travel With A Paddle is not liable for unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from ‘Force Majeure’ events.
14. Code of Conduct
All participants must adhere to our Code of Conduct, ensuring respect, safety, and enjoyment for everyone involved.
15. Privacy Policy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
16. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
17. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on our website.
18. Using Our Website
You may not use or download any photographs or images for commercial activities. If we believe our images have been used for reselling trips, we will investigate further and contact our legal team.
